Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem/Provo

Price was definitely a factor & it was a very clean room. For 2 of us, the size was fine. Amenities-free breakfast, internet, & parking. The location was great, close to the freeway & on the way to our destination. Staff was friendly. We would stay again.

A much better room than a regular hotel, clean and homey. Comfy beds. The shower was huge, with a second nozzle above. The artificial fireplace was a nice touch. Checkout was just leaving the key in the room. Amazing for the price.

The free breakfast was a bit sparse.

Location is perfect, we traveled from Salt lake and Provo daily waiting on our home to be ready for move in, we have stayed at a handful of hotels for the last couple of weeks, really wish we found this property a long time ago. Staff was super kind.

Cleanliness was great - bed super comfy - box fan provided for white noise - parking close to room.

Booked 4 nights and room only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth. No real counter at sink, no lighting near desk, no plugs next to the bed stands, internet very slow and made streaming difficult, no extra security lock on room door, no access to thermostat.

Everything was perfect. No complaints. I really liked the privacy. Super clean and very comfortable.

There isn't anything that I didn't like about it. I highly recommend this place.

I had a breakfast bar that was experienced and my husband had stale Cheerios. Not a huge selection for breakfast but still a great place. It was a bit warm when we were there but not super bad since there was a fan!

Free laundry and reasonable price, as well as location and friendly helpful staff.

The cost for the room was low. The location was easy to find. No problem parking. The room was big and clean with a big closet for luggage and changing. I had a private bathroom. The other resident I met was friendly. Strong internet.

Quiet neighborhood yet very close to shopping and UVU. The room was well insulated for noise from the other rooms.

The bathroom for our room was a little cramped. The continental breakfast was two choices of sugary cereal or one flavor of instant oatmeal.

Clean, big private room and big private bathroom with walk in shower and a tub.

There was a breakfast bar but no milk for cereal. Also the location being so close to the freeway it was a tad noisy but not too bad overall
