Never met any staff… had to call to gain access… minimal furnishings… good thing I travel totally self-contained

Clean and it’s the little things that make it better like milk a cereal for breakfast that wasn’t expected or used but was appreciated.

Having to give a digital copy of my ID. Who knows what they will do with it.

Cleanliness of the place

The noise of the busy road. It was very hard to sleep.

Things I like best about this place. It was clean, quiet, the private bathroom, location, price.

It was easy to check in and out.

There were no window treatments in the main area windows. The only bathroom was at the top of steep narrow stairs. There was no way to have cold water.

This was a simple, low-cost, no-fuss place to crash for one night, exactly what I was looking for. I occasionally heard other guests, but everyone kept to themselves, and I slept really well.

Price

People knocking at the door at 11:30 and 12:15 and ringing the doorbell. After a time someone from an upstairs room let them in each time. Did not feel comfortable there after that

Very private & only 4 couples, so mostly quiet also.

On a busy road. Made getting out a bit tricky.

They were very accommodating. Let me check in past the check in time and had a fast breakfast available for my early departure

The family running it, the patrons utilizing it.

It¿s not a hotel. It is a house divided into six small rooms where four or five people have to share a bathroom. It was not comfortable.

The house is in a good location, close to BYU and to shopping.

1) I had to share a bathroom (hostel style) and the other guests with whom I shared the bathroom often occupied the bathroom for long periods of time; 2) The television system was digital (not cable) and viewing options were extremely limited.

I liked the cleanliness. I liked the staff very much. they were kind and understanding of my particular circumstance.

One door did not lock but i was not concerned for my safety because the staff were very kind and I felt protected by them.

This wasn't a hotel, more like aan Airbnb. It was a large house which lets out up to 6 rooms. Our room, as well as the other areas of the house I went into, were very clean. Breakfast cereals, bottled H2O & condiments were there, but I didn't see coffee.

Very little communication. When I arrived the house was mostly dark. There were no towels to dry our hands. It wasn't a problem during our stay, but only one shower in a house with 6 rooms. Confusing instructions re locking the front door.

The walls are paper thin and the room is right next to the entrance. We could hear other house guests walking around upstairs and going in and out of the house at all hours of the night. Putting some kind of quiet hours in place would be helpful.
