Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

Location was good. Bed was cozy. Restaurant an gift shop were nice.

No espresso drinks.

This place was very remote but far exceeded our expectations in every way. Also had a restaurant, convenience store, and gas in one place. Could not have been better!

The restaurant was fabulous as well as the shop! I used the spa. The beds were comfy it met our needs. The hotel clerk was extreme helpful in getting me some snacks after hours and returning my clothes that i left behind! So appreciate it!

Ants came to find some makeup on bathroom sink¿..didn¿t see them anywhere else.

Very clean and aesthetic, from out side it looks like 2 star hotel surprised when we entered the room, it was great, not expected that good hotel in the region, very well kept.

Very clean with swimming pool and hot tub. Beds and bedding comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel. For breakfast the staff was so much nicer and the food was good!

The restaurant had long lines of potential customers for dinner, and no hosting service. Many left to go elsewhere. When we asked to speak to the manager, he came and just told us that he is seating people and looked bothered and was disrespectful.

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was plenty big but cold. Located in a scenic area but not much else around it. Keurig in room had plenty of pods.

Restaurant is about the only dining option and always had lines so we didn't try it out. No microwave in the room. No continental breakfast. Places nearby closed early.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, convenient parking just steps away from door, inviting pool/spa, lush green golf course, restaurant was very good. It was evident that a lot of thought went into making guests comfortable.

The location was great between the two parks. And the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations.

The maid left 2 cleaning rags in the room, on the table. And it didn’t look like the carpet was vacuumed. Other than that, the room and bathroom were very clean and neat.

Rooms were amazing....the golf course setting around is really nice.

Was difficult to get air conditioner to run cool enough for us.

Location can't get better than this. It is right in the middle between Zion and Bryce, one hour drive either way. It's on a small golf course, so you'll see a lot of green grass, a respite from the surrounding desert.

The worst part is the loud AC unit and the bathroom fan unit. Free breakfast not included, but there's a restaurant on site.

We have had a very nice experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are big, nicely furnished,clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - its a great place to stay.

Great location, between two wonderful national parks. 12 miles to the Zion NP gate and about 35 to Bryce Canyon NP.

Proximity to Natl Parks.

Cost relative to what we received. FIRST time ever at a B/W that we did not receive a complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pricing was half the cost of other Zion area hotels.

Hotel was great, restaurant staff seemed put out that they had to do their job. We waited for 10 minuets to be seated finally my wife walked in the kitchen to see if they were open and everyone was back there talk. Food was average.

Interior of rooms was awesome, large, clean, nicely decorated.

No free breakfast. Restaurant was understaffed with long wait times during peak season (Spring Break).

Good location for getting to both Bryce and Zion parks.

The constant references to "ho-made" this and that in the attached restaurant were eye-rolling to start with and offensive after a while. Please show more respect to women.
