- Room was described as having a Mountain View. We were located on the first floor with only a view of the parking lot and not any mountain. When I brought up to staff she mentioned that they are surrounded by mountain hence why the room is described as is.
- The pool heater not working making it way too cold to be enjoyable. The jets in the hot tub were also not functional.

We enjoyed the spacious amount of space in our room.
We chose the hotel for the heated pool and hot tub/spa. The pool was not being heated so ice cold and hot tub 90deg. The creamer in the room was bad, no coffee cups and empty shampoo, body wash bottles in room. So room not being restocked between guests
