Dirty floors, plugged sink drains, and our assigneded room had not been cleaned. Beds were not made. Had to wait 35+ minutes to get a different room.

everything- dirty, rude staff, wrong information, gross room, we did not stay as they could not find the correct room for us- the first was someones else's room ( gave us key entry into the room!) 2nd room was wrong also.Will be requesting a refund.

Fridge wasn't clean, floors had shoes tracks and sticky, stained sheets and hair.

No amenities whatsoever, not even coffee or soap, you even have to pay for WiFi. Room was uncomfortable, things were broken, you could hear everyone making all sorts of noise all day and night, hallway smelled of weed.

The manager was incredibly rude to me and other guests. She was condescending about my dogs health, suggesting that her health problems were my fault and that she should be put down because pets are not worth it. It was inappropriate and rude.

I loved the sense of security it had. And the cleanliness really great environment

The heater in my room didn¿t work. Wish it did. It was a cold night

The assistant manager was fabulous. The general manager needs to have some retraining. Very disrespectful and super judgmental.

The room was a fold away bed frame. Uncomfortable. It was not clean. There was debris all over the floor. In the shower there was a mass of hair stuck on the side. It appeared that it was a homeless location. My car was not safe in the parking lot. I

Very kind staff members, clean and quiet, great location, worked with us as we were late to extend a few times - their intention was never to kick us out, but rather to find a suitable solution to help us stay. We appreciate that. Housekeeping friendsly.

The location was easy to find and it was reasonably priced

Hated the Hotel

The hotel was freaky, dirty and very noisy. It was like we were staying in a dangerous area. People up all night walking around with their Rottweilers. It felt very unsafe for women to be staying there.

I liked that it had a kitchenette, comfortable bed and most important they allowed me to check in a bit early since I was working a graveyard shift, that allowed me to take a quick nap before going to work.

Kitchenette without a coffee maker, had I known this I would have taken one. Also, on two separate occasions, there were angry, loud yelling customers in rooms near me. Sounded like a room was being destroyed. Not staff's fault but they did not interven

Room was run down with torn up furniture and broken drawers and cabinets. Spartan bed and bathroom. Not a hotel, more of a run down apartment building. Staff was friendly but difficult to engage due to constant lines from tenants.

Amenities DO NOT MATCH the description. There is no airport shuttle and breakfast is sub-par. The room is clean but fairly outdated. Windows of a ground floor unit were unlocked when I arrived after midnight.

Sometimes on extended stays a person comes knocking in the middle if the morning hours away from check out to see if you are checking out. You kind of lose your privacy and is a bit distracting if you are working or trying to rest.

Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel experience ever!!

The county is housing homeless addicts in this hotel, which would be ok if they rented out the entire property. Not a compatible use with regular paying customers! Open drug use, verbal domestic violence, loitering, non-mobile cars in parking lot, etc....
