Two pillow covers had some dirt stain. Need to add another waffle maker to avoid line.
Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean and provided a great breakfast daily. Restaurants and stores are close by and easy to navigate to. Bus stop to ski resorts is only a mile away! Our stay was great!
The quality of this hotel was felt the minute you arrived at the property. REALLY clean from the entrance right to the room. The entire staff was most welcoming and focused on making our stay enjoyable.
Had issues from the first day. Was told everything would be taken care of and I'm still dealing with a mess the hotel staff created.
Nice Breakfast, very clean
Yes the whole reason I chose this hotel for an inner city staycation was so my kids could swim and have a fun sleepover. The pictures of the pool were misleading as it appears to be a large pool. It was so small that the kids didn't even want to get in
