Everything front desk was rude, no manager, no maintenance when the manager finally came to work he yells in your face if you complain. I stepped on tackstrips from the carpets come up. light blewup with high pitch noise that neve stopped

Close to great Mexican Restaurant

Needs some TLC. A little run down. Stayed on first floor and it was loud u til after midnight. Lots of workers staying there. Doors banging, people arguing and just lots of annoying noises.

The room was clean and fresh. Not run down like most hotels in this price range. And it had a great breakfast selection!

The room was clean and the employees were nice.

The room was directly across from the pool and freeway. Kids were allowed to scream and carry on to 11pm at night. (should be closed at 10pm). The work out machines were all out of service. People were very noisy in the hall and upstairs rooms.

Staff at check in was personable

The beds are so hard, the maids didn’t freshen our room so we had no new towels and the used towels were piled up.

The employee that checked me in was so kind and showed she cared by putting me as a single disabled female in a safe spot close to my car she was the sweetest

The shower arm needs replaced

We loved that our room had enough beds for everyone in our party and we really loved that there was a divider between the rooms. The kids loved the breakfast choices too.

No. We were very satisfied with our stay and will happily stay there again.

No ice machine on 2nd floor - staff should change the signage - or tell guests at check in. Also - the signs to rooms are confusing. Room numbers with arrows- great - but the spacing and " elevator" arrow dont make sense.

Comfortable room

The pool and hot tube were packed with kids most of the night, by time we finally were able to get in they had wiped out the towels. When we asked for some more pools towels the front desk lady refused to give us any.

The location was great for where I had to work. I had an urgent fax to send and the staff sent it very quickly.

The location was nice. Close to the mall, plenty of places to eat and not far from Lagoon. Allowed an early check in which was nice.

The hotel was humid in the rooms and warm in the halls. Could have been cleaner. The pool was good for a couple teens but definitely a little run down. Unfortunately the fridge barely cooled and we had brought food items expecting to have the fridge.

Location was great.

Floor hadn't been vacuumed. It was noisy. You could hear people stomping above us and construction outside. Very thin walls.

3rd floor elevator doors were acting weird, the would open about half way, then close again, ignoring the obstacle detection system. Very dangerous. Road construction was very inconvenient.

The staff were extremely friendly and check in was a breeze.

The location next to the interstate was a bit troublesome.

Damp air quality, staff members were rude and treated my team members l like they were less then. Poor cleanliness
