Quality Inn Zion Park Area

This was not a 2.5 star hotel. It was at best a 1.5 star hotel. The carpet was extremely dirty and ripped. There where holes in the wall and dirty socks left in the room from the previous customer.

The breakfast was great for the room rate

The window shades let in too much light and the the TV was very small

The hallway looked quite rundown, although the rooms looked fine and the mattresses looked pretty new

Two stays in different rooms at different times, for a total of 6 days. Clean, pleasant rooms at very reasonable price. I will recommend to friends and will come again should I revisit this area.

Breakfast was horrible. Keys didn’t work. We got put right by the front desk area - noisy.

There is no elevator in the hotel and one of us had challenges going up and down the hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean

The halls had an odd smell, like a medical facility (not in a good way). The carpets needed repaired and replaced. Breakfast was lacking. It was okay, but did not meet the star level indicated, especially compared to competitors

Affordable price.

Coffee tasted pretty bad, orange juice dispenser was not functional, toaster was half-broken (only two out of four slots worked).

The price

It stated there was a fitness room, there was not. The ice machine didn't work, there was no drinking fountain to be found, it was hot outside and this was needed. Multiple plugs in one outlet. Beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was awful.

I loved the spa and the pool becuase it?s so windy but it feels fantastic.

The bed! The only thing I would suggest is to get better beds, one without springs. The bed I slept in was not comfortable and everytime I turned I could hear springs popping.

Good location

It was a walk-in shower and the way the floor sloped, a lot of the bathroom floor got wet

Close to Zion and St George, a very balanced selection.

Room is not very clean.

I thought it was weird that the front desk had incense burning in the reception area.... It didn't really bother me but I did think it would bother a lot of people.

Fairly good breakfast. Rooms had a lot of space.

Check in was slow. Probably understaffed. Room maintenance was neglected. I don't care that the carpet was about the ugliest I've ever seen. It seemed to be a good shape.

Very outdated furniture, moisturizer bottle was placed used, microwave was broken.
