Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel

The hotel room is filthy and has hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff is rude and dismissive. I have contacted management about this before and they aren’t any help.

Location was close to my business meeting and was the highest rated location in Heber City Utah.

The view out the window of room 105 is of a trash dumpster. At 5:47 AM on Monday morning the trash dumpster was emptied by a large, loud trash truck. This is exceedingly inconvenient to achieve a good night’s rest. Are the hotel managers not aware of it?

Breakfast needed to be earlier.

The hotel manager is super helpful and accommodating. Love that the pool is 24 hours, the fitness center is better than 99% of hotel fitness centers I’ve used, and the breakfast was great. Even though car troubles led to our stay here, we’ll be back!

The jacuzzi it burned my eyes badly from the chlorine. The breakfast during the week was limited. those are my only complaints. Overall great stay!!

Proximity

Management does not monitor the parking lot. The electric vehicle parking space was occupied by a gas-powered vehicle. This makes it impossible to charge a Tesla, making the hotel unsuitable for Tesla drivers. I can¿t stay here if i can¿t charge.

It was a clean & comfortable place to stay. The free breakfast, wifi 24 hr pool &hot tub & non-smoking areas added to the experience. It was very quiet & able to park close to the door that led to the room.

I liked the double room. It was perfect for my family. I liked that the staff gave me a free water bottle or two because we go to best western often. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had at any hotel. Extra thanks to the breakfast staff.

The phone in my room did not work so I had to go downstairs to get blankets for the hide-a-bed.

Clean and updated rooms.

The manager  was extremely rude and could not have cared less about accommodating guests. We had lost our son only days before which brought us to Heber. hotel employee didn't think that was a good reason to allow an extra hour for checkout.

Indoor pool is tiny and can get crowded They had an electric vehicle charger but it wasn't working Sliding bathroom door didn't close all the way so it's not really private - they also bang if you're not careful and our neighbors weren't sometimes

under staffed . over booked and didn¿t put me in the right room,paid for king suite and got standard queen hotel was beyond dirty everywhere

The staff was amazing, there was a variety of food choices to meet all of my families likes, and everything was very clean. It's always great to have a microwave, fridge, and stovetop to reheat and maker food!

The tub did not drain very well. The pool was smaller than expected. The blackout blinds didn't close all the way and there was a parking lot light that shined right outside the window. The non-stick pan had scratches in it.

Has a free continental breakfast in the morning with a great selection. Something that would meet anyones lifestyle or taste. And 24 hour indoor pool, and hot tub. The large walk-in shower in my room was really nice as well. The staff was very friendly.

I can¿t think of anything I did not like about this establishment.

The hotel was very clean and well managed. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. We liked having a small kitchenette in our room. And, because we were given an ADA room, it was spacious.

The only thing we did not like were how rough the bathroom towels were. They felt like sandpaper. The hotel should consider using fabric softener.

The spacious room and kindness of the staff!! The pool/hot tub was awesome!!

The room was perfect for me and four kids 8 and under. The pool was perfect.

The tv remote would not change channels. Thankfully it was stuck on Nick Jr.

It was very clean and when we were able to check in after our plans for the day were done the lady at the desk at that point was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and very polite. She definitely made up for the not so positive experience earlier.

When we got to town and tried to check in the woman at the desk was not very pleasant. She was a little snippy telling me check in wasn’t until 3.

When we returned for our second night, the maid had cleaned our room, but forgot the suitcase guard material that goes along the bottom of the bed was on the floor. We thought that was really strange. Other than that, the room was very clean.
