convenience of location.

Motel is very old and dated. Due to nature of my visit to Heber, I needed quick and easy access to my room: no long halls/elevators. This motel got a decent rating so I elected to stay here, but would not choose this motel again.

Friendly staff and quiet surroundings

The air conditioning wasn?t the best

Everything at the hotel was good until we discovered the bedbugs.

Our room had bed bugs which we discovered in our luggage the next day.

The room was clean, dog friendly and facility provided ice and coffee.

Good location, good price, good size room in accommodating our family, clean

We could hear every single car drive by all night so that was rough, also the heater worked too well in the bedroom but not at all in the main room.

The manager placed us away from main street traffic. The room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Refrigerator and microwave worked well, pleasant interior decor. Samsung flat screen TV has incredible picture and worked well.

Remote for the TV took a while to figure out. Could not figure out how to set the thermostat, although room temperature was comfortable.

The motel was nice in the sense that you can park right by your room for unloading. There is a lot of things for kids to do. Location is right on the main drag in Heber. Room was large.

Hot tub was not working when we arrived but they got it going and it was enjoyed. The beds could be replaced. We were told the price was the same for Sunday as for Saturday and we were overcharged. I am trying to resolve this with the owners.

Clean and quiet. Good value for the price. We wish all lower priced hotels were of this quality. Unfortunately many are not

The rooms are a little dated, in the microwave was under the counter.

Quaint and quirky. Beds were comfy.

Shower head squirted all over, toilet handle got stuck and kept running. They need newxWalpaper. Walls were thin- neibors kept me awake. When we first got there no one was in the office and no one would pick up the phone.

Location. Quaint but it is old. It had everything needed in a room.

Old motel. The beds were noisy. I don't know if it was the springs or the mattress but every move was noisy, all night. I thought it was pretty expensive for what it is.

Atmosphere. Size of room was great too.

Parking was a limited and a little awkward.

Courteous, efficient staff. The room was clean and well stocked with fresh towels.

The A/C was not amazing.

The whole experience was AWESOME!!! I have been traveling for 18 years and this by far was the best place I have ever stayed. And  there are not enough words to describe her she was the best host EVER!!!

This hotel had so much charm. And very clean.

No breakfast
