- I canceled because it was horrible! Left and went somewhere else. Curtains were falling down from window. Bathtub/shower was gross and the soap dish area was taped up with duck tape and plastic. Dirty grungy stains under faucet. Canceled and left.

The room was dirty, the lights wouldn't work, the bed was hard. All cell service was blocked. Wifi didn't work. Mold on ceiling painted over. Heater was full blast or not at all and no one at front desk at checkout and someone tried to walk into our room.

It was filthy and should be reported to the heath department. Bugs in the shower, in the bed and on the bathroom floor. I have never stayed in such a filthy room!!

The front desk agent was not very friendly . It took 30 minutes for me to even get checked in. My key card stopped working she. I tried getting into my room and I wasn¿t able to get a hold of anyone for help or a replacement.

Broken window in bathroom. no coffee pot. needs to have a more welcoming front office. I didnt feel like it was a safe place to be.
No wash cloth,1 shampoo pack big table 1 chair. Extra hard mattress. Only 3 bath towels. Desk man very unfriendly.
When I checked in there was 2 used condoms in the trash can .
Close to where I needed to be.
Shower was only hot water, would have been scalded if I took a shower.
They canceled our reservation and we had to find a different hotel
