The food was amazing! Freshly baked cookies coming through the vents the evening we arrived and they were heavenly! The food was AMAZING! I'd go back just for the food! I love anything historic so it was a cool stay for me.
There was so much thought that went into this stay. It was a gift and our parents raved about how fantastic everything was. From chocolate on the pillow to excellent breakfast, their stay was above expectations.

Absolutely gorgeous old house with wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and made-to-order breakfasts! Nice quiet location, but within walking distance of essays and the train. We will be back.
Only thing to be aware of is that it is a three-story house, and most of the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Call them if this is an issue for you.
