- Dirty room, cold as heck, broken fixtures in bathroom, no hot water, smelled horrible, pool not open as advertised!
- Heater did not work in room. No hot water. Bed was uncomfortable. Floor was dirty. They gave me a coupon for a free breakfast at the restaurant and i arrived at 10 minutes to closing, waited to be seated for 15 minutes, then they said "too late"
- The curtains in the room were too short for the window. The tap leaked
