The convenience of the location

TV didn?t work, elevators were broken

The welcome staff was ok. The morning staff was not too friendly.

Motel needs to be updated. Obvious showing signs of wear. The bathtub should be replaced. There is standing water in the bottom of the tub which caused a occupant to fall with injury to back and head.

Convenient to everything.

The free breakfast needs to be updated. The choice for eggs is tasteless with very little choice in other protein. Not a big choice in fresh fruit either.

It was a nice, spacious room. Weird and inconvenient entrance, but once inside, it was nice - staff seemed helpful and friendly. Outside landscaping was pretty. It's an older hotel, but has been taken care of pretty well.

The ice maker was out (had a sign on it) on our floor, which was inconvenient, but I made a passing remark to a staff member on the second day and it was repaired just as we were checking out. So they did pay attention to the issue.

The maintenance of the hotel was a bit lax. The fan in the bathroom sounded like and airplane taking off and the shower nozzle was clogged with calcium. The elevator doors creaked enough I thought they might not open. Definitely below Hilton Standards.

Room needs tended to with stains on cloth chair and regrouped tile in the bathroom. Night stand was not cleaned. I had to use my wipes to clean off

The employee where nice and that room was big.

The location was perfect for us and the staff were very friendly.

The room was very outdated. The bedside tables didn’t match. One of the beside lamps didn’t work and the lamp shades had stains on them. My brother was staying on the 3rd floor and had a really nice modern room. I couldn’t believe what we got for an almost $200/nt room, it was terrible. We only stayed 1 night. They were doing construction so I assumed we got the floor that hadn’t been remodeled yet. I had paid thru booking.com and the hotel ended up also charging me, using my card on file that they required for the stay. I called and they were very apologetic and I had my refund within a few days. So that was good. While I had them on the phone I told them my concerns about the room. They said “oh you must have been on the second floor”. Yes we were. They said it was gutted since our stay. I complained about paying the almost $200/nt. Again they apologized. I was surprised they didn’t offer a discount or anything.

No microwave or fridge in the room. They did bring in a fridge after I inquired.

Only have room service after 2 days didn’t make me happy! I only stayed 2 days. Trash cans are too small. And for the price I paid I should have daily room service. Hair on the back of the toilet and floor behind toilet at check in. Bed was not comfortable at all! Wore out and old! Need new bed!!!

Bed sucked, hair in bathroom and not having room cleaned daily! Any maid should be able to clean a stay over in about 10 min. So why a hotel making that amount of money per guest doesn’t allow that is beyond me!!!

Clean. Easy location.

I wasn’t able to get enough hot water for a comfortable shower. The heater took awhile to adjust. Eventually I was able to figure it out- kind of important for a February stay.

Ok breakfast. Great location.

TV equipment not up to date, not even functioning in the first room we were assigned. No safe in the room. Staff had to carry in a fridge and microwave.

Our room had hair in the sink, the outlet on the nightstand was sticky riddle with something. The floor in the bathroom was not clean.

Too expensive, very dated and dirty!

The staff was terrific: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

For the price the room was a bit lacking: small, no refrigerator, no clock, rust or mold around base of shower, noisy cooling system (have they not heard of heat pumps??) Obviously not maintained to Hampton standards.
