The room smelled bad and the carpet was very sticky. Something must have been spilled.

Loud meeting in the conference room starting at 8 am and still going at noon. Could be heard on the second floor.

Very nice and love that you can¿t hear your neighbors or any noise in halls and you have space

Not that I didn¿t like but I wish they had an indoor pool and hot tub

The manager Sam was very friendly and professional. He tried all his best to resolve the issue we had with the room instead of suite as requested.

I wanted a suite but got a room with two beds.

A very nice room! The Keurig machine was a wonderful treat! The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Quiet location.

Clean and quiet location. Staff was very courteous.

Linens (towels/wash clothes) weren¿t very clean. No hand soaps in bathroom. No restaurants within walking distance.

We were on second floor, it smelled so weird and bad. The floor in our room was kind of sticky. The bed has the cheapest sheets that made us sweat all night! It was like being wrapped in plastic.

Super friendly staff and impeccably clean! Linens and pillows were soft and cozy

Bed frames were squeaky so each time I rolled over in bed, it squeaked and woke up the kiddos. Made it difficult to sleep for all of us. Only other complaint is that the rooms didn't have laundry bags for dirty clothes. So needed!

The staff is awesome! Its always clean and the beds are so comfortable.

They did not have hand soap for the 3 days i was there and no shower soap as well. I asked why and they said they were waiting on a shipment. I suggested having management use a corporate credit card and buy some, they said they would look into it.

Clean, accessible, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, & great staff.

Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Food was good. The food staff were delightful.

We stayed 5 nights. No one cleaned our room and didn't give us fresh towels. We had to go ask at the desk for fresh towels. They said they were at full capacity and understaffed and we'd have to ask in the morning. The front desk was unfriendly.

It was 5 mins from my daughter¿s house. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were short staffed, however, the ones working went above and beyond. It was Christmas and they worked with a smile on their faces and greeted us every time

Location was convenient for us.

Coffeemaker did not work even after a replacement was brought. They ran out of basic supplies two days at breakfast. The staff was fine they were clearly understaffed.

This is a nice hotel, but the owners really should invest in touching up some portions of the public area that have stray markings and by replacing any damaged floor tile. I was shocked that this was allowed to remain in disrepair in a fairly new hotel.

This hotel it was clean and knew it smelled new they had a wonderful breakfast and it's close to you can get to anything you want there shopping eating quiet hotel enjoy this day we enjoyed this day

Staff was nice at front desk.

Trash can sat outside my door as instructed 2 night stay and never got emptied...

It was quiet, everyone was super nice, and I was hear 2 weeks!

Just miss the real continental breakfast, but understand the reasonining.

AN INSANE BLACK LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS FOR THE ENTIRE 5 DAYS I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL !! 👎👎 SHE THEN FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON CALLED THE POLICE AND TRIED TO BLAME GUESTS FOR HER PSYCHIATRIC CONDITION !!

A MENTALLY UNSTABLE BLACK LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS FOR THE ENTIRE 5 DAY TRIP OF MY STAY. SHE THEN TRIED TO CALL THE POLICE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AND BLAME HER MENTAL INSTABILITY ON ME AND SEVERAL OTHER GUESTS 👎ðŸ‘
