I was pleasantly surprised with how clean, how updated and well maintained the hotel and the grounds were.

Morning staff was nonattentive to the breakfast / coffee area. The only coffee available wias decafinated for a couple of hours. I finally gave up and had decaf.

Very clean and well-kept. Friendly staff.

Being a somewhat new hotel, I was surprised and disappointed that there were NO grab bars in the shower. We were not in a handicap-equipped room, but thought this was required in hotel showers. Even a non-slip tub mat would have helped.

Convenient location

Multiple bugs throughout the room. Toilet was stained. Shower was not hot. For the price of this room I was very unpleased!

Accounting. We got double charged for our room and never reimbursed for the charges. $140 for one night in 110 was paid twice. The staff also tried to associate us with other businesses like Arc Best that had apparently stayed there. Everyone of the staff members seemed confused and constantly reminded us that there was nothing they couldn’t help us with any accounting issues cause there Manager was out of town.

We had a king accessible room, bed was a little low and bathroom flooded from the walk in shower.

Everything was good, par a few inconveniences, issues with TV and access to internet. Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate. Easy to find the hotel and access to main roads. Hotel is new and well maintained.

Availability and lack of a variety of eating places.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

There was no milk at breakfast and no coffee. Eventually the coffee was made but there was never any milk. Seems like more attention could be paid to the breakfast.

The location was perfect. The property was clean and the bed was restful. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The outside cars and trucks could be heard in our room. However, it didn’t keep us awake as we were really tired.

The staff. They went the extra mile to make our stay out of town nice and stress-free. By far the best hotel staff interaction I've ever had. Both of the staff members I interacted with at the front desk during my two night, one day stay were so much more friendly and helpful than any I've met in my 35 years. And I've stayed in quite a few hotels in my life. The man that was there Saturday & Sunday morning definitely deserves a raise.

Was a bit more expensive than I would have preferred, but my only real complaint would be the lack of an elevator which makes getting luggage to upstairs rooms a bit of a hassle. I feel dumb even mentioning that little inconvenience, but it does seem like something worth sharing.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was pretty decent.
