- Very poor internet service. Had to use Hotspot on my phone to use my iPad
- Breakfast was not worth bragging about
- We were assigned a handicap room and we did not need a handicap room. But enough with that, the shower seat for the handicap was moldy, the wall where the seat is attached to was cracked, mold on the floor the shower and the rest of the flooring.
