Hampton Inn Wichita Falls-Sikes Senter Mall

I love the location.

The door was water damaged in the bathroom. It could not close. There was rust on the shower holder.

The housekeepers are Gem always available when i needed something also the ladies at the breakfast set up. And the had breakfast bags to go for us early birds who leave early.

The elevator wasn't working.

Yeah the first day they closed the pool and that was the main reason we stayed there. Also the toilet got plugged up one night and when I let the front desk know they handed me a plunger. I thought they might have a maintenance person to take care of it.

Great bed and bathroom. Good breakfast

Elevator didn?t work and we were on 3rd floor. Aldo, they started mowing at 5 am

Not far from shepherd AFB. Went to visit my son who is currently at the base. Close to food and shopping.

Location was great and having coffee service and then morning breakfast was wonderful.

This hotel needs some care & attention. The front door triggered a beeping alarm for the day we were there. The room had a little bit of a smell to it, I wondered if somewhat had smoked in it? Also consider charging station for electric vehicles.

The room was cool and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. The buffet breakfast was fine.

The outside temperature was over 100 degrees! We were placed on the third floor, and the elevator was inoperable. We had to lug our bags up 3 floors in a non-airconditioned stairwell, and the hall on the third floor was not air conditioned!

the staff were very nice and very helpful.

the hotel is old and in need of updating. carpets look and feel dirty.

Coffee was good

First room AC did not work. Staff was helpful and moved us. TV had several channels that had poor reception.

Breakfast and the room comfort

A little hard to find.

We were a late check in and we're accommodated with that. The front desk staff were amazing at 11 PM shift change. Room and breakfast were as expected, nothing wrong, nothing special. I recommend this hotel.

Dirty half ass cleaned room ceiling water damage I took pictures when I arrived at the room of everything that was wrong. Never again staying at Hampton hotel again.

Excellent desk clerk and breakfast staff. Clean, professional and pleasant.

It is very dated and many of the guests looked trashy- no shirts, carrying lots of Negro Modello. Spell in main hall way not cleaned up.

I experienced significant maintenance issues in the two rooms that I used that night. First room had a malfunctioning TV. They tried to fix it, so got moved across the hall to a room without a working heater. I moved back to original room.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff was so friendly!

No complaints! It is a little bit away from the freeway but it's quiet!

Odors, sheets not clean upon arrival, carpet stained and with burn marks and bathroom tub, sink and floor had mold.

Location

Bathtub looks like it's never been scrub. Coffee in the lobby tasted bitter and super concentrated which led me to believe it was there from a previous day. My room never got cleaned, fridge wasn't working, room felt hot.

It had NO breakfast when it was advertised it would, the coffee was not available, as it was kept behind the desk and you had to ask for it , they took a 20 dollar deposit and did not return it, obviously not trusting me but I must trust them for its retu

and over all it was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever been in and in my travels I used only HI but no more ever again

Friendly, accommodating staff

We liked the walk in shower, but water kept splashing out onto the floor.

The location was great.

The main reason we stayed with my grandkids is that there was in indoor pool. The pool was so cold you couldn't stand it and the hot tub at best was like a cold bath.
