OYO Hotel Wichita Falls - Downtown

A whole lot. The room was filthy with dead bugs on the floor. Dried food on the walls and door. Towels with hair and stains on them. TV went out. Microwave went out refrigerator went out when I turned the microwave on to heat food.

Shower didn?t work. TV remote didn?t work. No trashcan.

Housekeeping was excellent.

Room had cockroaches everywhere. Clean linens were dirty, and stained. They do not give staff the proper tools to upkeep or maintain their guests. I have paid over a --- dollars to stay here, because I have to go to the hospital daily.

It was easy to find.

Overall the hotel was dirty and out dated. The only thing relevant was the beds, everything else was old, dirty, and outdated. I would not stay here again.

It was quiet. I was able to sleep well and enjoy my free time while on a short business trip. The room was comfortable and clean. I really like this hotel!

There is only one ice machine. On my first stay, my room was in the back of the building and it was a little inconvenient to get ice. My 2nd stay, I was in the front, almost behind the office. It was just a minor thing.

The price

Everything besides the price. Dirty, smelly, not attractive, outdated, horrible location. Pretty sure we were bitten by bed bugs while staying so we¿ve have had to deep clean all of our luggage since being home. Nasty trailer, filled with trash parked.

It was clean and big. Everyone was real friendly.

Location next to highway and plenty of food and drinks around. Stay here only if you just need a roof over your head.

WHY CANT WE UPLOAD PICTURES? A lot of highway noise, they forgot to put a mattress in my room, it was a futon on a spring frame, mildew and things falling apart.

The staff was very helpful and polite. My room needed a new shower curtain and it was replaced immediately. It was clean.

The beds are platform beds so no box springs. As a result it was not comfortable for me (as I am recovering from back surgery). My grandson was fine with his bed though.

Nothing, it was a terrible choice. AC was not working good I reached out staff to get some help and was a nightmare. Room was dirty.

Awful experience. Not coming back again.

The front desk staff was friendly.

The room smelled like cigarettes and urine. I felt as if the pillows were not clean because they had an odor too. Couldn¿t use the ac unit in the room because it made the room smell like urine even more. It felt generally unclean.

Convenient for overnight stay while traveling at a reasonable price, it met our needs, nothing more. Room was clean.

Heat/AC unit needs work. This is an older facility that has been somewhat updated but still needs more.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ROOMY, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. EVEN WITH COVID YOU CAN STILL SERVE IT SAFELEY.

location, staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good fridge and microwave right there in the room, which was very convenient.

Kind of gross, found several bugs under and behind things (the bed, the night stand, etc). Not really the nicest place, kind of run down.

Stayed 2 weeks. Everything worked. Had a mini breakfast bar (wasnt listed, but came in handy some days). Room was clean, (not perfect for those who are anal about it), Great value for the money!

Lots of crickets and grasshoppers. No getting around this, though. They're in stores, pharmacies, fast food joints, malls. Just consider them local fauna and you'll be alright. The older guy behind the counter is sorta grumpy.
