The beds were awful and so uncomfortable. Every move we made the bed squeaked so loud and had to be very old.

Wasn?t very clean, elevators were broken, remote to tv didn?t work, shower in room was bad. This was not the Holiday Inn experience I am use to.

Checking in staff were so polite and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff cleaning room are polite.

My stay was quite pleasant. No complaints.

The hotel was awesome, however,Texas taxes are horrible.

Nice pool by lake. Breakfast pretty good. Coul heat biscuits, since gravy was warm.

Room view was horrible. Concrete porch cover was the view out the window. Shower water not hot, warm, not hot.

The front desk was super customer oriented. The cleaning crew had the room and grounds immaculate. The kitchen staff did not keep the breakfast bar stocked with food, beverages, utensils on Saturday morning, but did on Sunday

Breakfast bar did not have many gluten free options and was heavily carb.

They checked me in early, and were extremely friendly.

The TV was small compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations.

Great Central location and has a huge lake that runs up behind it. Great breakfast.

Everything was great

The location is great. Staff was very professional and clean lobby and room was very comfortable and if you request a room on back side of hotel there is a huge lake with duck and good fishing. They view out window of lake is priceless.

Nothing, everything was ¿Great¿, even the breakfast and there was fresh bananas and fruits every am that I stayed there. ¿¿¿¿
