Clean rooms and friendly staff

It was hard to find outlets for Cpap/ computers/ phone chargers. Continental breakfast did not include allergen friendly options.

The price went up every week and I've been staying here for a month now. Their price gouging when there should be a discount for repeated customers

The best things about this hotel were the extraordinary staff and the very affordable rates for a room.

The location was somewhat on the "SKETCHY" side.

The room

The coffee machine at breakfast was broken. The food was nasty. The area is dying, with many restaurants and businesses closed. The 1st 3 GPS took me to places that were closed. I ate a snack from the machine at the hotel that wouldn't take cash.

The outdoor pool area was nice and the hotel is pet friendly.

The carpet in our room was filthy and there was rust in the bathtub. The bathroom did not have vent fan, so the tile floor was extremely slick after using the shower. Gluten free options for breakfast would have been a bonus.

I didn?t like how there was such a big gap under the room door. You could hear everything in the hallway, and vice versa. Also the gap alarmed me because I?ve seen instances where ppl try to open room doors by sticking something underneath the door.

Staff was friendly

There was hair in the shower and it was long black. It was on the wall and I am a blond. Also they need to check the shampoo and conditioner ours was out. Other then that the room was clean

They charge you an extra $15 to park next door if you drive in with a trailer

Computers were down.. not staffs issue! Just an inconvenience...

I did not like that the front desk clerk called the cops on us for taking the free continental breakfast outside to the hotel's grill/smoking area to eat.

Using the pool, great breakfast, nice room and people.

Ice maker on my floor, 3, didn't work.

Not Handicap Friendly! Accessible room had a bathtub not shower. Limited parking for truck with trailer unless you want to pay an extra $15 to park in the lot next door also not helpful for a disabled person. Front desk was not understanding.

The young lady at the front desk.I wanted to use my points for this stay but couldn?t figure out how to do it online,so called the hotel direct & was immediately put on hold.After 20 minutes I hung up & called the hotel several times with no answer.

The pool was closed for construction. We were offered a sister hotel pool though

the entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew. The first room we were given smelled so bad like mold it was terrible and the bathroom had visible mold growing on the walls and in the shower. The second room also had mold growing in the bathroom.
