No better deal. Exceptionally clean, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Can't think of a thing.

The cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were comfortable with nice, fresh linens with plenty of pillows. We had more than enough towels.The location felt safe for us & my vehicle.The hottub and pool were clean as well as the area with additional towels

the pressure of the jets in the hot tub could be better for my likes.

Comfortable, location, quiet

You could tell it was older by defective bath drain and a/c unit. Just needs a little maintenance. We didn't use the pool because it smelled a little over chlorinated.

The staff. Our car broke down in the parking lot as we got to the hotel. They were fine with us fixing the car right there after checkout.

The coffee and Juice were very good. The staff was attentive

The breakfast was just so so. The eggs were over-cooked. Bacon would have been nice. .The microwave in our room was damaged. The remote for the TV worked only intermittently.

Upon arrival, clerk on phone, asked us wait a few minutes. After a few minutes, she asked us to sit in the lobby. Waited almost an hour before she helped us. Went to breakfast with 30 minutes left. Hardly any food, they cleaned up before we were finished.

I like that the rooms were clean comfortable and the hotel was nicely organized

I did not like the WiFi

Close to MSU. Close to good dining and shopping.

small parking lot, mini fridge does not have freezer. in room coffee pot is not pod style. breakfast coffee is very weak. no liquid coffee creamer available.

The staff were very attentive to our every need. We were there for a bike race and they kept free cold water and Gatorade 24x7 at the front desk. Also kept plenty of snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

It had an indoor pool.

There was blood on the shower curtain and an old bar of soap still in the shower. There was hair on the toilet and bed by the door. There were stains and dried bloody boogers on the walls like they haven¿t disinfected in a very long time.

Hotel looked as if it was new, very well maintained.

the website states that pets are allowed and it is not at this property. Makes it very hard to travel with my small dog, check in at 1am and be told that you can not have pet in room.

Great location and the older lady working the desk was amazing!

The carpet in the room was filthy, the overall cleanliness of the place could have been much better.

The rooms were very clean for the star level compared to other places we have stayed. The hot water was also a plus because many places don't have hot enough water or showers that drain properly.

The only thing that was somewhat of an inconvenience is the small parking lot and the side entrance was tricky opening with the keycard other than that everything they said they offered they did and the hotel was neat and clean with a welcoming staff

It was a place to sleep

The bathtub was full of hair ,the floor had not been vacuumed , there was some kind of sticky substance on the TV remote , the safety latch was falling off of the door frame,there were children running around the pool unsupervised and pushing each other.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I read reviews and booked this one for reviews saying the beds were comfortable. I had trouble sleeping and my back hurt from the bed. The cleaning staff was very loud starting at 6am slamming doors, talking ect

The room was large and clean.

Check in incidentals Charge of 100.00 it was high and i was not informed. I picked this hotel for the fact they had a indoor pool and hot tub. These were not available for use during my stay.

It was fine. Affordable and convenient.

Well maintained property. Very nice staff, very clean, great breakfast and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
