Homewood Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls

Good location

Pool was closed and room was dated and furniture was in rough shape.

This hotel exceeded my expectations; we stayed for a week to visit family in the area. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choices, this is a better spread than many other hotels in the area. The pool was the sole reason we chose this hotel.

For the duration of our stay, I went to the front desk four times and every time no one was there. Times varied- breakfast time, mid-day mostly. Also, no disinfectant wipes in the fitness center all week. Wasn't able to tell the front desk personnel......

The staff were amazing! The complimentary breakfast was fresh, tasted great, had attentive staff in the dining area, and was enjoyable. Our stay was great and we look forward to hopefully staying there again!!

Would have lived to have had a hot tub available.

Way too expensive for the room I was given & I wanted a room with a bathtub. It wasn¿t provided for me.

Or stay for a family funeral was a disaster because we were given a unclean room a room that had mold in the shower curtain no shower curtain to take a shower dust around the baseboards bedspreads to be like a curtain you cover up with no blankets.

Please have somebody call me I'm asking for a full refund I've never had to deal with this before and staying there grieving for a funeral and having to put up with a unclean room paying $--- a night is uncalled for and I am requesting my full refund!

They had no electricity but did not return my money.

No electricity. Which i understood due to a winter storm but would not refund my money.

The room size was great and very friendly staff!!

They need more parking space.

THe obvious free breakfast, free parking and free internet but also the sheets on the king bed were amazing, the sink was outside the toilet area, they had a pool and hot tub, and very friendly front desk staff.

The sofa bed did not have a fitted sheet & there was no dishwasher soap provided so I’m not sure if the dishes were completely clean. Also that the pool closed at 10 PM.

Room was bigger than normal hotel room!

Overcharged is by $---! Also we were offered drugs by another guest while staying. NOT a good place to bring your Airman to stay the night! When we told the GM  he said oh we have never had that happen here before. Well it did!!!!

We were able to have a large family gathering

Our rooms were not ready after 3:00 pm, one of our family (a Hilton honors participant), was given the smallest suite and two floors down, they knew we all wanted the same floor (4 rooms rented)!! Our second year to meet for Christmas-disappointed!

This was a great place to stay. There's many things that added to my appreciation, but I particularly liked the park, pond, walking track and water fowl. It gave the stay a wonderful feel.

The indoor pool

A Jacuzzi tub was advertised when I booked the room. The room I was given had only a shower stall. I am 9 months pregnant with a 3 year old daughter and they stuck me in a room with a shower stall. Was not even able to pay to upgrade to another room.

Completely awesome. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Add the free breakfast and light dinner (beer and wine included), we wish we could have stayed longer. This experience has redefined the way we will travel in the future!

This hotel is clean, inviting and located in a beautiful setting with fantastic "landscaping". Accessibility to shopping and restaurants is beyond anyone's expectations!

Employees at the desk were very accommodating. Free breakfast was excellent. Evening social with beer.
