Cold shower. Rude staff demanding Cash deposit.

The guy yelled at me when I checked in there's constant homeless people roaches no hot water and I have photos of how disgusting it is truly the worst hotel ever I'm reporting to the city

It was a room on Google. It did suggest there might be bedbugs and I did not run into one.

It was inconvenient that they had a $30 cash deposit and not noted and the man at the front desk was a little attitude

It was clean they did some updates to the rooms definitely worth the money

It didn't have free breakfast

The price was really low and the rooms were clean the first person who checked me in was a delight.

For the price it was kind of above average.

There's has not been a pool in 5 years yet it's showing on the amenity.tv did not work wall where literally falling apart. This place should be condemn

The room did not look like any of the pictures provided, A/C broken, sink was broken and that didn¿t get fixed until a few days into our stay. Staff has horrible customer service and have no care in the world for this hotel. Shouldn¿t even have 3 stars

Never stayed. Reserved two beds for my mother (67) and son (23) and the hotel was unable to provide.

Tv wouldn¿t work and when we called down and asked for somebody to fix it they said it was sleep time they weren¿t gonna have anybody come fix it it was 1130 at night. I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel to anyone .

Bathroom was pretty awful. huge hole in the back shower wall , stains on shower curtains and tub, looked like a 5 yr old did the sealant around tub. There was water on floor when we got there. Smell of the room wasnt very pleasant.Clean sheets questionabe

The bathtub was horrible and the TV was hard to operate, as well as the lights the door lock was broken and not secure and looked light it had been kicked in

I am glad that they let us cancel and gave us a refund.

The nonsmoking room had the stench of smoke. The bed and mattress were covered in stains. The smoke detector had been pulled off the wall. The carbon monoxide alarm had plastic taped over it. Fixtures were torn off the shower. The area is unsafe.

faucets did not work, shower did not fully turn off, lock on the door did not work, carpet dirty, no blanket on the bed, air con didn't work well

Did not accept credit cards, and required a cash deposit upon checking in. Overnight staff was ill-tempered and rude.

When I made reserv was 3/4/21 at 11 pm and were stopping in witchita falls when I submitted the reserv. it changed the date to 3/5/2021. We weren't allowed to check in until after 3 pm and we had driven all day and needed now. Called C/s refuse to help us

Hotels attendant claimed no room refused to see my reservation or itinerary number and said we did not have a reservation. Never asked my name or any info claimed no heater or air. Car all around hotel we slept in a truck stop in our vehicle. No service!

When I checked in the lady at the desk was very friendly and I was kind of shocked at the fact that the staff to come in and clean the room well next day while I was gone. The heater worked amazing.

The bathroom definitely needed to be redone it looks like they just kept fixing little issues instead of completely redoing it, our towels had hair on them, and the floor had not been vacuumed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We pre-paid for a room and when we arrived exhausted they said they had NO ROOM for us and sent us away! They were highly un-professional and un-kind. Very Bad experience and very bad management!
