Clean and well maintained

Hard to get to off the Interst

Proximity to the Progreso Border crossing. Close to fast food restaurants and shopping.

The room was clean but looked dirty. Previous guest had red polish on the bathroom sink and walls. My guess is that it didn't come off with normal cleaning. Multi-night stays room cleaned upon request. Breakfast was great 1st day but not so good 2nd.

There were roaches in our room. When I advised the staff they didn't seem very concerned. I killed a roach on the bed and a few in the bathroom. I was ready to check out!

I appreciate the fresh look, cleanliness, coffee in lobby.

The lighting in the room was poor. However, the staff did send up an extra lamp which minimally helped.

Everything! Other than the bathtub faucet unit was loose from the wall.

Laundry room was like a sauna!

The staff, breakfast, and room were amazing !! The only thing that was lacking was the gym equipment. I was excited about the peloton bike but it never turned on. The treadmills only go up to 5 mins, the tv on the ellipticals are non functioning. Perhaps time to upgrade gym equipment

Very clean. Bed was super comfy. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was good too.

Honestly the room and the customer service provided by Robert I believe was his name was spectacular. He was very attentive very polite.

It was the best stay I’ve had anywhere in the valley

It was a great location for us to quickly access the golf course down the road. Breakfast was great. Staff was also very helpful and kind.

The online listing said that this hotel was NOT pet friendly, which is false. they do allow dogs. However, this led us to not only find a pet sitter at the last minute but also when we first arrived, our room smelled horribly of cat urine. The staff did switch us rooms but it was not a great start. The beds were meh, not the most comfortable. And the thermostat wouldn't stay at the set temperature. For a hotel listed at 9.1 rating, i was not impressed.

Pillows were to small and extremely soft, the room smelled like cigarettes and the hall smelled like sewer.

Smelt like sewer in the elevators, was given a broken “crib” (thank goodness we brought ours as a back up), toilet was backed up upon arriving to the room, and some areas of the room was dirty (make up on the bathroom door).

Everything is clean

The elevator and the room smelled bad, kind of moisty.

The staff were welcoming, it was clean and comfortable.

I don't like that the same breakfast is served the next day. I feel like we are getting leftovers. I would like the menu changed daily, especially if we will be staying more than 2 days.
