The Location and the breakfast.

Yes, there were roaches in our room - we killed 6 of them and 2 got away. The room smelled really bad as well.

The location The staff was very friendly

This hotel had a very over powering odor - smelled like a cheap cleaner and it was very strong and awful. It could be smelt in the hotel everywhere except the bedrooms. I’m not sure if it was a cleaner or air freshener but it was constant all 3 days.

Everyone was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the lobby area seemed clean and nice.

We needed a handicap room adjoining ours. These rooms were the only ones down the service hall. These beds were clean, I hope, but the rooms were not in good shape. Bedspread had holes, curtains were stained and had holes. The TVs were poor. Beds awful.

There's a chair lift for disabled persons for the pool and it's not working nor has it been working for a little while it'd be nice when I go back to have it working

The window curtains were filthy with dark liquid stains from all over them.

The King Room was very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

The TV had a lot of static but we weren't there long enough to address that issue.

Old needed updating, spider webs in lamps, shower not working, had to change rooms, no cable in 1 room only internet channels

Our room was on the bottom floor; curtains did not close all the way, hot water in shower was broken and had to carefully adjust the faucet to get hot water or scalding hot water. Something was splattered all over the painted entry wall.

Pool to small for size of hotel. Did not use it due to it being so crowded and to many kids.Really need a separate pool for adults.

Water pressure was amazing. Good coffee clean rooms

The holes in the floor under the carpet in the hallway almost twist an ankle

Close to where I needed to be

Bed & pillows were awful. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Fitness center was terrible. Only one cable worked on the cable machine, 1 treadmill broken, 1 was extremely loud. AC unit was broken and was disassembled with parts left on the ground.

The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful. Hotel employee was great and helped us whenever needed!

The key cards were very difficult to make work. We had to go the front desk a lot to get assistance.

The bathroom door didn?t latch. The toilet seat didn?t open completely. The shower walls were dirty & there was no tp holder.

Quiet, clean location.

The first room we were put in had an odor of 'dog'. Requested to be moved to another room; which was much better.

It was clean and comfortable. The room had a couch and a chair which was great, we checked in early.

It was frustrating that you gave us nowhere to indicate that we had two pets with us. So we paid for the room, then were charged another $40 to bring our dogs in. Why is that not something that we could have entered before we booked it?

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean, except in the staircase. Carpet was stained.

Chemical smell on the first floor. 1 day into our 5 night stay, you could smell the mildew in certain part of the room 316.

Was not very clean. The room had a smell that even a deodorizer would not eliminate, and there were stains on the sofa.

Nothing. It was disgusting and smelled like sewer.

The room was not cleaned while we were there, had to go to front desk for towels and coffee, smell was AWFUL, water smelled terrible, curtains were badly stained with mildew, temperature was inconsistent, air conditioning would not stay set, it sucked.

Comfortable and clean

Shower issues... the faucet was not connected well to the tub, the on off for the shower didn't quite work right, and very low water pressure. The view is not the best, No fan in bathroom, I don't like automatic lights in bathroom

Breakfast was great. Our TV remote was missing, the desk clerk was very helpful and helped us resolve the issue.
