Hampton Inn & Suites Waxahachie

It was close to where we needed to be.

The lobby had a bad smell the first day. The hall and elevator had a different bad smell, and the worst was our room, it smelled like mildew, my granddaughter woke up feeling sick each morning. After we left the hotel, she was good.

They did not give us the room we paid for. I selected a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa pull out but when we arrived, we did not receive that!

The breakfast was good and the lady's running it were great; they should be running your hotel.

Hot tub was, OF COURSE, not working. That was the ONLY reason I chose this hotel. Lady at front desk on Sunday morning was rude and probably should go find another job.

Indoor pool and breakfast included.

They didn't give us the right room that we had reserved. Couldn't fix it cause they were booked for the weekend. (We reserved two beds so the kids could have a bed not a couch. Beds were more comfy at motel 6.

It was conveniently located for my purposes and was easy on/off from the interstate. It was reasonably clean (stained carpets and lots of cigarette butts outside) and well maintained but as we were only there 12 hours I can't say I saw much

The water pressure was awful!! It could use some up dating as far as electronics and things like that

No fan in bathroom and there is a wall vent in the bathroom in which you can hear clearly other hotel goers.

The electricity went out the morning of checkout. It wasn't their fault as a lot of ppl were without electricity in the area.

All staff was friendly, location is a little out of the way of the city but right by the hospital, college campus, and hwy 287. Perfect location for what I needed. Breakfast options were great. Room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The King room size was great on the fourth floor. Great view of the Civic Center and was very spacious, large desk to work on, mini-fridge and microwave worked great. Perfect size room!

The breakfast was OK at best. Very disappointed in the options and choices served. Obvious frozen and reheated continental type breakfast. Was looking forward to a real breakfast. Had to eat elsewhere the second morning. Clock was very dim/unreadable.

Very nice hotel with a reasonable price

Our reservation was for a single king When we checked in we were given a double queen. Even on a holiday weekend I would expect a hotel of this caliber to provide me with the room I reserved.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I needed dairy for my medical needs; they got it. No questions asked. The room was spacious.
