The staff was awesome. They had a very cute hot cocoa bar. It was clean

Needs some routine maintainence. Toilet seat was loose our tv didn't work and the shower had something wrong where it would not let you switch to tub and tub h2o. The manager was greatful when they were pointed it out.

One of cleaner hotels I have been in and I have been in alot.

Sink faucets short. One breakfast table wobled. No bid deal.

Bed was great. Wife had excellent night sleep. Breakfast was A+, hotel was nicely decorated.

Bath tub can have the grab bar located on tub wall.

The room didn¿t have wash rags, and there was still trash from the people before me and smelt musty.

bathroom had cracked tile on the floor. no drain plug in bath. had to buy one myself. asked them to do the room at 11am got back at 430 and not done and couldnt do it. repeatly had to ask for more towels, toilet paper.

The staff were really nice. From the cleaning lady to the people at the check in.

One of the guests were incredibly rude to me. Not anything against the hotel but I didn¿t feel the safest due to the other clientele.

Staff was available when needed. Location was not far from where I needed to be.

The bathroom in my room and some of the sheets could have used some more attention.

Location! Good water pressure, soft beds good pillows.

Bathroom needed a deep clean.

It was great. They handled my late check in without trouble. The room was nice. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of good foods. The location was convenient. The exercise room was open and working. Perfect.

Need to be cleaned better. Dirty toilet/ dirty table top/ nightstand/ fridge/ No shower curtain/ charging station not working/ light bulbs missing to just get started

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and outstanding front desk

The staff was the best part. Super friendly and helpful starting with hotel employee when we checked out. Hotel employee was another desk staff who also was so helpful! Kudos to these employees!

Breakfast just ok. But to be expected at these free breakfast deals.

Breakfast open late (6:30am), should open at least at 6:00am, During my stay had internet issues.

Hotel had experienced damage in February and should not have been open!. First room assign to us, was occupied and not the room type we had booked. Second room was not prepared, No towels, no coffee cups, and an attitude from clerk when asked for.

The staff was kind and understanding.

Hotel had significant water damage from the recent winter weather. The first room we were put in was so musty/moldy smelling that we could not stay in it. The staff was very kind and apologetic and they got us into another room.

The hotel still advertises hot breakfast..this is not the case. Very noisy fridge in room

Hotel employee was very kind. My first room was dirty, smelly and had hair in the bed and tub. Also a stain on the sheet. She switched rooms but I wondered if those sheets had really been washed.

The construction was dangerous and not properly blocked off. The elevator floor was filthy and needed to be swept.

Lobby was under construction. No breakfast as advertised. Your email to me said check in at 12:00 pm. I found that odd, but went to check in and get ready for a wedding. I was told check in was 3. Staff got me a room by 1:30 so I could make a 3:00 wed

Front desk person was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, wifi worked well. They’re are renovating so entrance area isn’t as expected but still enjoyed my stay.
