Big, bright clean bathroom & shower.

Room

The room was pre-paid, but they charged my card anyway. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Perfect location.

Found some trash next to the bed. Was not vacuumed properly.

The location was close to the civic center and shopping

The microwave in the room didn't work and the iron was old and did not perform properly. I reported these items to the staff at the main desk.

Breakfast yogurt, sausage, and eggs were good. Coffee was good when it was available. Worker receptive and helpful regarding my feedback and complaints.

Dirty room floor, dirty tv, dirty looking bathroom tub, empty tissue box, worker removed my bag from room before checking out at 9:30AM, Elevator floor very dirty, needing sweeping. Smoking right by entrance. Room door did close/lock unless pulled.

Absolutely nothing!!

Worst experience I ever had in 40 years. Very very nasty room, unable to adjust temperature for 2 days, refrigerator inop, dirty towels in bathroom, tv cracked no remote, etc...

The location is great and easy to get to

We did not get the room we reserved and when we questioned it we were told they were booked and couldn't do anything about it. Also, the pool towels were the size of a hand towel which made it difficult to dry off. Would not stay here again.

Very pleasant. Easy check in and out.

I've stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time I let the dirty bathroom go. The second time I complained. I was told because of covid I had to have a dirty bathroom. Seriously?!?! If anything it should be sanitized. Very poor decision.

Very friendly staff.

The first night was fine. The next day I returned after a long hard day to find my bed made and room spotless. The rest of the days I returned to my unmade bed, bathroom not cleaned, floors not wiped. What happened?? It was a bit disappointing.

Large room

I found dirty socks and bread under the bed when I arrived. Also bug crawling up the wall

It was NEW and VERY CLEAN with POLITE and helpful Staff. I would stay there again.

Continental breakfast was not warm enough especially the eggs. We stayed a week and there was Bacon only once. I can't eat sausage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, gym, and room were clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The pool was dirty. This was the whole reason we stayed there to get in the pool. Staff called the maintenance guy to get it cleaned but said we couldn't get in because it had to be vacuumed.

A little hard to get to the hotel when coming from the east to the west but otherwise it was great!

The standard rooms are very small and they do not have all of their vending area completed yet. How ever the staff more then makes up for the hotels short coming.

I liked the fact that the hotel was a new construction.

I disliked the fact that the hotel was still under construction. Seals on room door were glued haphazardly. They were also still completing construction on the 4th floor throughout my visit (super loud). Fox News always playing in the common areas, odd.

The staff was excellent. Also the breakfast was quite good for hotel fare.

There was a cold front that came thru the second night of my stay. The windows in the room rattled quite a bit. No other problems during my stay.
