- The very comfy beds! The pool, whirlpool and sauna, and the included breakfast
- The friendly welcome and the clean environment.
- I want to give a big compliment to all the staff at this location. Everyone from front desk to maid service were friendly, helpful and always had a smile to give. Greeted us everytime we walked in and out!
Cons -
- Online it says restaurant room service until 11pm, didnt state otherwise when checked-in, but then when we called at 10h30 to order they sais the kitchen closes at 9h30.. so no food and nothing good around at that time neither. Pretty bad

- The hot tub didn't work, room service at Kem's wouldn't answer the phone, they got our breakfast order wrong and held it as a to go instead of delivering it to the room (wife was big mad). Bad communication problems. The bed was firmer than I had hoped fo
