Cons -

Upstairs
Many roaches in the bathroom. The room looked/smelled clean but the floor turned our socks black. The rooms are in disrepair. There was a soft spot in the floor right in front of the toilet/loose tiles. Many broken fixtures.

The agent at the front was kind.

Thin walls. Heard and smelled everything going on around - other rooms and outside. Dark and old room. Scary-movie motel!
