Hotel employee is an exceptional staff member that went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. My wife has Parkinson?s and staff with a terrific attitude accommodated her needs. Also , Piper had left a very nice welcoming note in the room. Great stay.

Very clean, good location for someone who is pulling a travel trailer.

Could use a better window shade to block out the lights from the Loves Station beside the hotel.

Location is perfect for us. Staff is friendly. Loved how housekeeping had a note welcoming to our room on night stand. That was so special.

Need to keep more towels on hand in pool area.

The bathroom was very large

They clean the rooms VERY late in the day. We had already returned for the day in the afternoon and they had not gotten to our room yet so we did not have it cleaned. They do not enforce their leash rules on pets.

Staff was pleasant

Our room was hot, ac wasn¿t working well. The breakfast was incomplete. The only milk available was chocolate, so unavailable to have cereal. Pool area was enclosed and chemicals were overwhelming

Hot buffet breakfast

Customer service, inefficient communication, incompetent staff, rooms understocked bathroom supplies, heater not working and no housekeeping available to bring toilet supplies and blanket.

This hotel is in a good location right off of I-20. Some might have a problem with the fact that it¿s right next to a truckstop, so there may be some truck noise, but personally it didn¿t bother us at all. We would definitely stay again.

Fairly new

No one at front desk at check in. After 5 minutes the front desk clerk appeared without a mask. When I asked her about it she said, “I forgot.”

The location! Loved the fact that there were gas stations plus a variety of restaurants to choose from literally across the street!!

Didn’t like how the pool was smaller in person!! The lady making the breakfast was nice, but she premade the waffles since she said guests couldn’t touch the waffle maker so we got them cold and soggy. Not much of a breakfast selection for price liste

stayed while visiting first Monday Trade Days - short drive to Canton and Tyler.

Room was exceptionally clean and new. They took many safety precautions during COVID-19 to keep everyone safe.

It had a nice breakfast

I didnt love tht my room overlooked a lg all night gas station. The air conditioner was extremely loud waking me every 15 minutes when it cycled on annnnd I think they have a critter problem as I laid awake listening to things scurry in the walls above me

The staff was awesome. The ladies at the desk. Morning and evening. The lady running breakfast. All great.

brand new and very clean

staff failed to put trash bags in trash cans and never cleaned our room after the 1st night. I had to go to front desk to get clean towels!!! I'll remember that.

Front desk staff, breakfast staff all very friendly & welcoming. Very comfortable rooms.

Foul language from bar near foyer & check-in was very loud & unpleasant. Granted, we were arriving near 10 p.m. We had children with us in the foyer; tried to engage them away from there while checking in. Suggestion: install a door or sound barrier.

Hotel backed up to a all night truck stop. Do not stay on first floor and stay on south side (front) only. Facing I20!

It was great!

The boiled eggs were rancid and I was charged repeatedly for my stay that was prepaid!

It was perfect! Clean, beautiful, helpful & friendly staff, great breakfast variety, nice gym, pool and office area.

This is a brand new hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very modern.
