Holiday Inn Express & Suites Texarkana by IHG

Breakfast was on point with the biscuits and gravy room was super clean and smelling fresh

Parking lot is limited. No big deal though.

Very friendly and kind staff

Breakfast not that great. Room was a bit dirty in places

Clean, safe, nice staff, highly recommended

Lack of curtains over blind. Too much outside light shining in

Easy check in, friendly staff. Clean rooms. This is my go to hotel when ever im in texarcana from iowa!

No. It is great

Very friendly staff very welcoming and attentive to everyone clean property very comfortable accommodations

Everything was great

Location was close to mall and places to eat.

When walking into lobby when first arrived i was met with cigarette smoke and (people sitting outside door smoking. ) i chose this hotel because it showed it had an outdoor pool but i was told thst the pool was out of order elevator smelled like weed

location and breakfast

our door didn't shut all the way on its own...you had to pull it

clean and breakfast was great

Only thing I found wrong, there was hair in the bathroom sink. but I washed it down the drain.

Excellent customer service, room, and breakfast! Outstanding location!

Staff

Had ants all throughout the room on the desk and in my wife?s bed.

Checking out.

The room wasn?t very clean. We checked in late in the evening and walked into the hotel smelling like smoke and loud music playing. There was what looked like mouse droppings on the bathroom counter.

Very friendly and clean

Tv did not work and the tub did not drain

Location

Trash not emptied at arrival/check-in. Room safe locked. Dog hair on floor. No attendant at check out

Parking, they let 2 semi trucks park in the parking lot taking up 20+ spaces

Very clean, friendly staff, and best breakfast for quality and variety.

The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help with the handicapped bathroom, it wasn't roll in shower but they found a tube with a bench so he could sit and turn in, everything about the place was great.

Top notch

Most everything was great

I ate a bad apple at breakfast and got sick. Took a few bites and thought it was just mushy and over ripe. Was sick the rest of the day and the next. All I had eaten that day was the hotel breakfast, so it couldn¿t have been anything else that I ate

Was charged for my service dog and charged for me canceling my extra night. The manager was really rude and I won¿t ever stay there again

What we liked most about this hotel is that it was dog friendly and served breakfast. The beds were very comfy.

The best we¿re comfortable

There was a guy at the front desk he definitely gave us a hard time after a long drive to Texarkana from Dallas my sister drivers license wasn¿t updated but my drivers license was updated recently and he told us we couldn¿t stay there
