Nice staff and clean rooms

The shower wasn?t working totally properly, but was adequate.

Clealiness

Through night and early morning a seweage smell in room and hallway.

suite was nice, able to sleep 4 adults.

Fire alarm due to faulty ice machine caused us to evacuate for 2 hours in the middle of the night. Got back in room at 2 am, fire alarm kept going off for very short bursts stating around 430 am. Left about 530 am after a total of about 3 hours sleep.

Cleanliness and location. Pet fee was a little exorbitant. Hotel employee serving and attending to the breakfast area was super sweet and attentive to your needs, cleaning tables and food areas! She?s the kind of employee you want to hang onto!

Nothing the air was not working the bed was hard and old I checked out one earlier due to air not working and they didn¿t return any of my money ¿

The location

I was very disappointed in Hampton Inn. I stood in the lobby for nearly (15) mins. and would yell, "HELLO". "Finally" after 15 mins. a woman came out from behind the wall, located behind the desk. She was "SLEEPING". Our room was dirty and smelled.

The amount of space in the room

Stayed at another Hampton in summer that still served hot breakfast which is why we went with Hampton again but was disappointed by the brown bag with orange and dry nutrigran bar and small muffin.

The suite was huge - plenty of room for my family.

The bathroom was quite moldy and dirty looking, and the room seemed dated. They ran out of breakfast, which I have never heard of a hotel doing before. They provided me with 2 towels in a room that sleeps 6, and no sheets for the pullout couch.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location - close to dining and shopping options.

Good location to restaurants and easy access to I-30. Comfortable beds, very clean.

We were driving a moving truck and the side entrance was broken; couldn't be accessed from outside so required us to always walk through the front and all the way around. Front desk staff overcharged my credit card and I'm trying to get refunded.

The breakfast was horrible compared to our previous stays here. Cold syrup for waffles. No bacon or sasuage as expected etc. This was one factor for the choosing Hampton. What happened?

The hotel is close to the freeway. The rooms were neat and clean as expected for this hotel chain.

Check in process was a bit lengthy with minor troubles. There was an odd odor in the elevator and 4th floor hallway. However, once in the room, everything was fine. Overall, this hotel did not live up to my expectations of Hampton Inn.

Ambiance

Bed seemed old, box springy, a bit rough on the edges. I've slept on much better at other Hampton inns.

Breakfast was good.

Pool water was green and had a musty smell. Pool area was not clean. Front desk staff was outside smoking in main drive upon our arrival.

The hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. A good free breakfast in the morning.

Very please front desk person at check in

Stopped 2 hours from home because we needed to rest. Was up until 2am due to ppl going in and out of rooms and doors slammin. Was a waste of $---- should have just drove home because I didn't get to rest I could have been home by 12:30am.
