Residence Inn by Marriott Temple

The bed was comfortable, and we finally got a room with hot water.

The room was dirty. There were splatters on the back of the couch, the front of the couch, had dirt on the armrest, the floor made my feet black after a shower, and it took us three attempts to find a room that actually had hot water.

Price

Reserved one King. Got quiet and full size.

The kitchen. It had all the items I needed to cook a few meals. I used the grill outside too.

I wish they had grilling utensils i could borrow. It's not the hotel's fault that a previous guest didn't return their set to them.

The amenities

There was one night my daughter and I walked to the laundry room and the lights to the pathway were out. It was really dark out there that we didn't feel safe. And there were no pool towels.

The room was spacious

The breakfast was very low quality. The rooms and carpet throughout the hotel were very outdated. It gave me a feel like a retirement home.

Room was extremely clean! The breakfast was amazing so many options and it was hot and fresh. The breakfast/dining area was very clean. I?m picky about my coffee and it was actually fresh. I had a great experience, pool was also very clean.

Everything was great, super clean.

I was disappointed with the bathroom, didn¿t seem to be cleaned completely. There was some suspicious stains on the toilet seat that may have not been cleaned and the tub seemed dated and painted. It¿s an older hotel, however, overall a good stay.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

This comment is not a dislike . The room was a suite w/ kitchen . No cups , paper nor glass . No Silverware . Nothing of use .

The hotel was updated and clean on the inside.

The breakfast was ok.

The location was easy to get to, good parking, helpful staff, good prices for incidentals like snacks and drinks. The room was useful and comfortable.

I could tell that someone somewhere in the building was smoking cigarettes and that was the biggest bummer. ¿¿

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always found it to be a pleasant experience - until now (see below - 255 characters was insufficient).

It appeared as if our son's room hadn't been serviced at all. There was hair in the shower & lipstick on the pillow case. He changed rooms but the sheets in the 2nd room were soiled too. They were given a new set & told to make the bed themselves.

Location close to family Christmas.

Breakfast has been reduced. Please provide milk and biscuits.

The staff was very welcoming.

The entire hotel was very old and outdated. From the decor to the appliciances, to the bed, to the ac that stopped working. This is not a 3 star Marriott hotel. Very overpriced and underwhelming. No happy hour, pool is closed, breakfast is not fresh.

It was a very large room.

We were given a handicap room with handicap shower. Did not like the handicap shower because everything got wet. Also 2 of the 3 lights over the vanity were out.

When we checked in the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

The couch was so stained I didn¿t want to sit on it. The bathroom was dirty. There¿s was hair and urine behind the toilet lid and body hair on the floor behind the door. It was gross! My phone randomly rang once at 1 am as did another room in our group.

Very clean and large room.

The gym didn't have many dumbbells with lower weights. There were only one each of 5#, 8# and 10#. After that, they were much larger ones for men.

didn't get the room we reserved, the room was not very clean- and we have stayed here countless times before so have many experiences to compare it to- and these are Covid times...
