Very poorly lit parking lot hallway leading to the room no shampoo no conditioner towels were nasty bugs all in the room TV didn't work bed bugs

Floor was too sticky to walk on. Room was barely cleaned. Dirty washcloth was left by previous tenant. Mirror was dirty and bathroom floor had not been swept in a while.

Staff were nice and apologetic about issues

First room I was given was occupied. Second room had holes burned in the comforter, bathtub was dirty, floor was sticky, toilet didn¿t flush properly, most lights and outlets in the room didn¿t work.

The room has a full sized fridge, a toaster, microwave and stove. The front desk was responsive when I told them that the housecleaning took the dirty towels but didn't replace them with clean towels.

The room was not clean. Shower walls had hair stuck to them, floor was dirty, and there was a cockroach along the edge. I stepped on the cockroach. I didn't see any more after that. GFCIs tripped numerous times. There is no hair drier in the room.

They filled the pool in with gravel and it's a neat spot to let dogs run around a bit. Overall, the room itself was good quality. Price is accceptable.

I use Motel 6 because they make it easy to travel with pets. I've stayed at other Studio 6 locations and not been charged a pet fee, but this one charged me $40 in fees. They need to make that consistent across the board.

I liked the location and the room had pots and pans I was very surprised.

I didn’t like how dirty it was the sheets were stained and the towels. It smelled horrible the bed had bed bugs, I was itching all over the next morning. The toilet didn’t flush the shower was filthy, we had to go to another hotel.

I liked that the room was clean and it had a comfortable bed and it wasn't noisy, seeing as it's right off the highway. I'll stay again a few more times.

The tv remote was broken. Blood on my pillow case. Mold on the shower dead bugs on the floor the lay card wasn’t working to get insside

Absolutely nothing

We ended up not staying here…. We hauled our luggage up the stairs to our room. Upon entering the room we had trouble turning on the lights finally after a couple try’s the lights are on & we notice a CLUSTER of roaches in the corner above the door we turned to view the rest of the room & you can see more running along the walls. We then exit our room & take our luggage back to our vehicle. The front desk guy asked if we wanted another room to which we declined being that if this room was infested what to say the others wouldn’t be. Not to mention What IF they have bedbugs? The employee knew about the roaches in the room & explained he knew exactly why we wanted a refund when he saw us in the cameras walking out of the room. This was about 3 weeks ago & I am still waiting for my refund.
