Super friendly staff, large clean rooms

I don’t know how often they clean the pool but my son got an ear infection from the pool and we only went to the pool one day out of the 8 days. I have been to other holiday Inn hotels and they usually come with free breakfast, that was not the case.

Friendly Staff.

Could have been cheaper for the area. The cool was closed so it could have a reduced price

Smell, TV always updating, not letting you flip channels

The customer service at front desk was so polite and friendly! I also did have a great experience with the gym. Thank you for the workout I got to do away from home!

No bottled water in room.

The room was clean and cool as I got there.

The shower did not work

I thought breakfast was included but the restaurant had a fee. I usually chose Holiday inn or Marriot for this reason. It helps to cut down on my expenses.

It was clean and well kept

It was hard to find someone to get shampoo/comditioner im used to them being on the walls in bottles my hairs super long and so is my daughters & when i finally found someone I got one bottle ¿¿Ill pack my extra stuff nexxt time

Staff at the front desk was awesome. Also the Spanish lady at the restaurant and the maintenance gentlemen were very helpful and courteous.

The men who work the front desk and the chubby guy with glasses at the restaurant. Extremely rude and obviously not qualified for their positions. The front desk man charged my card even though I prepaid and told me it was my problem. Told me to pay up or

Blow dryer broke and they replaced it immediately, no wait. Great Service!

Beds and pillows great. Two chairs in room is excellent

Most all Holiday Inn's have a free breakfast but this hotel does NOT.

Cleanliness and bar available but had minimal operation and early closing time.

Unsafe elevators that management refused to repair due to double charge by maintenance due to holiday. No management available to resolve issues. No microwaves available in the rooms and no free breakfast.

Floor/carpet in room was damp,room was extremely humid. Issues with their system caused extreme inconveniences creating a very frustrating outcome after checking in and returning later that same evening.

Room service selections and certain breakfast items not available. This has happened the past 3 times I have stayed. Lotion was empty which concerns me with the rest of the room.

I would never stay here again. They didn’t offer cleaning services, we had to go down stairs to get new towels, and they charge a 3.00 per day service fee, they don’t offer any services . I have stayed at plenty holiday inns this has be my least favor

The man at the front desk accused us of stealing items while we were in the snack room. On top of that we got a call after check out stating we would be charged for smoking in the room and taking an ice tray.?!?! Its not ok for us to be called thieves...

Very clean room. Fantastic shower and fantastic water pressure. Very comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay here.
