Hampton Inn Temple

I enjoyed how quiet it was while staying in the hotel room. There wan't too much noise from other rooms.

I didn't sleep well because the bed and pillows weren't too soft. I am just used to my bed a pillows at home.

Clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast choices (waffles, oatmeal, omelets, sausage, yogurt, fruit, biscuits. gravy, etc.). Really an excellent hotel. Price was right.

No entrance. Located at the intersection of two freeways. You have to turn in McDonald's and go through their drive-thru and parking area. Or turn in behind I-hop. Depending on which way you are coming from. Miss your turn and its a mile to turn around.

Staff was fabulous.

Very poor lighting. Ingress and egress was very difficult.

The staff was pleasant.

The room was dirty - hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor. This hotel is not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards.

Parking lot was small and half of it was closed off on our first night. Bed was hard.

Very helpful staff. They were friendly and gave the hotel an atmosphere of staying at a friend's home. The breakfast staff was cheerful and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Front desk very helpful as well.

I can't think of anything. I guess I would have liked to get in the pool by 9 am since we had a wedding to get to by early afternoon, but staff cleaned it early so we were able to get in by 9:30am.

It is a Hampton, so it looks like every other Hampton, and operates like most other Hampton hotels. You know what you are getting.

The location is terrible. You have to drive through restaurant parking lots to get to the hotel. Also, during their complimentary breakfast hours, they had 3 people mopping the lobby area floors. Completely inappropriate to do during high traffic time.

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom didn't have an air vent.

I was there to study for a major test the next day. I needed quiet. I was assigned room 224 and it was perfect. Convenient that there was an early breakfast. Especially pleased to have brown sugar, dried fruit mix, and slivered almonds for my oatmeal.

Directions could be a bit more precise. It's tricky to figure out how to get to the hotel even once you can see it. It's at a major crossroads with two highways, but sits in behind a McDonalds and a Chili's. You have to drive behind those to get to it.
