Pros +

The location
It had a kitchenette, but I didn't use it.

Cons -

ROACHES everywhere, no lamps, outside of refrigerator was filthy, door had to be slammed just to close it. I could go on and on, but I will never stay there again!
They seem to survive on Sec 8, long term housing. Glad my van was intact in the morning. I got a last minute deal, but the suggested list price would have been ridiculous. I had stayed the night before in Memphis at the Crown Plaza for $5 less. DIRTY!
I wouldn't rate this place a one star......dirty, little or no housekeeping......roaches in refrigerator, kitchen & bathroom. Older buildings.......poorly managed.
