Quiet location, spacious room

Double beds should be queens. “Save the planet” and skip the welcome bottle of water.

The room was clean and updated.

The lobby and hallways smell old and of cheap air freshener (entry smelled like cherry air freshener, the elevator smelled like mint and the hallway smelled like cinnamon...not the good kinds. But as I said, the room was clean.

The location, the room price and great staff. Close to lots of places to eat and medical centers.

Clean and convenient. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

The friendliness of the staff, free laundry, the kitchen with utensils in the room!

The full kitchen items were excellent. The full size refrigerator was very nice to have.

There were no trash bins outside of the room or readily available that I could seen. I like dumping my room trash to keep it from smelling.

The room was very spacious. Beds were pretty comfortable.

It did not have a swimming pool. That needs to be disclosed online very clearly. My daughter was very very disappointed.

The room was very open, and was easy to keep cold.

The staff was pleasant to deal with. It had a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and small stove top. Room was clean. I enjoyed sitting in the lobby with friends watching the tv. The snack shop was well stocked.

The bed was horrible, it was like sleeping on a board. I should have purchased a bed topper from Walmart. 3 Nights with little to no sleep did not make a happy camper.

The location and the fact that it is pet friendly is what we needed.

Not much space for walking around the hotel for anyone, let alone our dog, but we managed.

The door did not lock well. I brought it to staff attention and was fixed. The peephole on door had toilet paper stuck in hole! Wow¿

Clean,great staff, excellent for thinking what the guest needs for a comfortable stay and can bring furry friends!

Bugs. Paper thin walls. Floor in shower slippery. Took 45 minutes to check in. Very disappointed!!

close to Scott and White; a nice, clean suite; toiletries promptly restocked when requested

very cramped parking area; the people in the room above us sounded like they were remodeling the room...doors slamming, furniture falling on the floor, tromped back and forth across the floor for hours on end until late in the night, jumping off the bed

Location.

The first room had a horrible odor to it, but the front desk clerk gladly switched us to another room. In the second room, the recliner had definitely seen better days and/or had been there forever!
