Last minute openings late night

It had roach infestation, no TV use, shower heads dripped on us, sheets felt like they were dropped on an unvacuumed floor then put on, linens were stained and/or yellow, floor was not mopped it was sticky, phone didn't work to even contact front desk.

The staff was very friendly and helped with everything that was needed

Breakfast room was clean.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke and my concern was ignored. He said 'we'll take care of it, but did nothing except cause me to lose sleep waiting for a solution that never came. My throat is affected by breathing stale smoke.

Bed Bugs!!! I was miserable for 2 weeks. Spent WAY TOO MUCH trip time and money on treating bites, killing the bugs in and on my belongings, laundering and vacuuming everything. There were hundreds of dead cockroaches in my room and hall. Disgusting!

AC worked fine

Renovating carpet during stay and smell of smoke and mold. Dirty floors so we couldn?t have our baby crawl around

Not much to like, as a matter of fact there was nothing to like about this place.

The smell of marajauna all throughout the hall and cigarettes. The bed was so broke down it was in the shape of a taco.

Everything was good. It was clean, the staff was nice, and everything in the room worked.

I saw a few roaches, the cable channels had more Spanish speaking channels than English and the Black shows had NO sound at all.

Microwave and fridge are really old, Couldn't watch the tv Signal was too bad

Very clean and spacious room. Bed was well made and to my delight, there were enough pillows to be more than comfortable. The staff is helpful and polite.

Location

No elevators. Access doors for office closed having to exit the hotel into the elements to reach office/breakfast. Not busy but could no late 12pm checkout due to cleaning staff who open the room door with privacy sign hanging outside door at 10:30am.

Its very quiet not far from gas stations or food. Front staff is very aware of guests they remembered us from our last stay.

For what it is, an economy/budget hotel, it was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, comfortable, efficient, and an easy location. No frills, just a good place to stay.

If I was with my family, I do not think this would have been a good choice for us. But for a solo, business trip, this worked great.

We were able to check in late at night.

The room was VERY stuffy and humid. The door to the room did not properly close or lock. We had to work to get the door to lock. The carpeted hallways smelled like mold and cigarettes. We were NOT impressed.

Private, Quiet, Convenient, Economical pricing!!!!

It was clean and the room was nicely furnished.

The staff was rude and unfriendly made it feel like a prison. Hated every minute of being there.

They had a room available

All hotels, including this one, were price gouging because of an event in the area.

The location to everything that I needed access to and the price.

Continental Breakfast was only on the weekend. I thought that it would be every day.

The location was great to our destination

Hallway smelled like marijuana and that wasn't cool for my 18 month old

Love this place nice rooms, awesome house keeping staff.

Just leave the night manager alone, he's busy. Lol
