There was one staff that was professional and accommodating. She understands the meaning of customer service.

Overall the whole experience. Rooms smell like tobacco even the non smoking rooms. Management is RUDE. Cleanliness is poor. All the bedding had stains. Management would not give a refund, did not stay and do not recommend!!! There were big Roaches in room

close to restaurants, hospital, highway. did upgrade me to suite

Had to switch rooms twice..Smoke was overwhelming, dirty, dead bugs, second room even with candle couldn't get over stinch.Checkout us at 11 so at 1110 was getting knock on door.. who does that?when asked to extend, the water was being turned off

It was not very clean, smelled like smoke, toilet didn't work properly and beds were very uncomfortable.

Price was right. Staff was accommodating when we discovered we had been listed as requesting a "smoking" room. They transferred us to a "non-smoking" room.

remodeling was "in process". Cabinets not finished. All was adequate but not the finest.

Location and cleanliness

Made online reservations and received confirmation for a king non smoking. Was given a double smoking. Went back to desk and confirmed reservation and was told no kings were available. I told them the room reeked of smoke and did get changed to a double.

It had very large rooms, easy access to the room, parking lot was easy to get in and out of.

I left early Sunday to go to a final meeting. My roommate stayed behind to pack. I packed my things in the car. When I got back, the keycard had been deactivated. I guess they saw me load up, leave, didn't think I was coming back so deactivated.

Location

Lights broke, water leaked, ceiling falling down in bathroom. Bedding had holes.

Nothing about this hotel made me feel better. All I knew is that I wasted my money and left with body rashes. How on this world can a reception close after 9pm and the only place you talk to is a tiny hole on a glass window

I didn't like everything about the hotel from the smell of the room to the reception. Nothing in my mind I was like how does the state government allow such hotels to operate. Ain t there anything like department of health and safety

The hotel staff (hotel employee at the front desk) were all incredibly sweet and helpful. They created a friendly environment, and I would definitely return here for future quick-stays in Temple.

The walls of the rooms are very thin - we had some loud neighbors, and could hear every bit of their business late into the night.

Convenience to hospital

The location was very close to the hospital. Considering we were on a busy road; you could barely hear the traffic. We didn't even hear noise from other rooms. Our room had a kitchenette, so that was nice, we were happy to have a regular size fridge.

all the bedding was white, and they looked a little old, kinda grungy. One bed was really good for my sister. But my bed could've had a better mattress. It worn down on one side and I couldn't get sleep in the middle as it would sink down on one side. Couldn't get ice as the machine broke down during the previous ice storm that came through. Considering it was a handicapped room; they need to put in a walk-in shower instead of the tub so it would be easier for someone who cann't get into the tub.

Close to Scott and White hospital

Had to stand at a window (outside) to check in. Night auditor was nowhere to be found. Bugs crawling across the floor. Turned on the TV and there was what I considered a porn movie on!

Location to where I needed to be. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel had no record of my reservation, no hot water, clerk spoke very little English and had to keep calling someone else to answer questions.

Convenient to hospital

The facility needs to be updated. For the three nights our bed was never made. They did change out the towels and trash. We had a wash cloth on the shower curtain that was there we arrived and was still there when we left. It must have been left from prior tenants. There were no cups in the room or condiments, coffee, etc.The floor was not swept. We saw a few bugs around the room.

The cleanliness of the rooms along with the friendliness of the staff...

No pool...lol

I did not feel here. Dirty accommodations. Sketchy parking lot with stray animals.

Not much, at least the AC worked

Crickets everywhere in our room when we arrived, on floor, in bathtub, in the curtain. Room didn’t look much like the photo.

The air conditioner worked.

The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets and bedspreads were old. There was barely any water pressure in the shower. The floors were filthy. And I killed several roaches while I stayed there.

Huge room with kitchen. Comfortable bed. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was a little dated. Bathtub was dirty. Dead crickets (>5) in the room.
