- Mattress was worn out, was hard to get comfortable in the bed.
- The sheets on the bed were stained, which is not a huge deal, but for such a fancy hotel, I think they could do better.

We have stayed here other times with no issues. This place is really getting rundown! The hot tub was inoperable. The side door was not locked, and the mechanism was broke so it was not able to lock. When we entered our room, I immediately saw food crumbs on the floor. The towel rack in the bathroom above the toilet was broken and hanging down. Although the breakfast worker Roberta was very sweet, we enjoyed talking with her. The staff was very nice. We probably will not be back.
