They did not control noise after hours.

Away from highway so it is quieter. Very clean. Awesome staff. Great breakfast. The shower was wonderful. Close to several restaurants in walking distance. Parking lot was well designed and very well maintained. It was easy to roll our suitcases.

The pillows were too flat. The bed was not the most comfortable. It wasn?t the worst we have experienced but definitely could be improved.

Showing signs of wear. Common areas not thoughly clean. Grill area a mess, grills did not work.

Housekeeping, rude, acted like she didn't understand English or Spanish. The 4 days staying there, housekeeping gave me attitude and did not once asked if I need anything.

very nice hotel stay, the breakfast staff were very friendly and had a great breakfast. The hotel was very clean, would definitely stay again

the keys did not work so staff had to take you to your rooms, this was not their fault and they were gracious with taking you to your rooms

It was clean and very spacious. The staff was very helpful.

The "eco-flush" toilets are horrible, was clogged when we got the room and staff just shrugged and handed me a plunger.

Location and experience are a definite plus at this home2suites. Breakfast is one of the best highlights, along with the design of the rooms.

Clean, service staff always available, Quiet, good wifi. It was chosen primarily due to location convenience to the BS&W hospital.

Would be great to offer a more healthy breakfast, but for the price, it was what I would expect.

The room was perfect for my large party of 5 people. It was very nice, roomy and the curtain that separated the living room/sofa bed area was much appreciated.

If I had to pick one thing I didn't really like it would be thr the fact that it's super hot in the elevator and elevator areas. It feels like there's no AC running in those areas.

It was easy to check in, my room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good variety.

It was tight to move around in the parking lot. I have a large SUV.

Everything - the room was clean, huge, had everything we needed - they got it right!
