- The front desk guy needs customer service training. He just spit our all the info without making an effort to ?talk? to us. He said he had memorized everything because people kept asking the same questions so he just said everything in the breath.

- The toilet in 209 was broken, the door lock in 411 was broken. The elevators are run down. Small things, but they show the hotel is getting old.
