Hampton Inn Sulphur Springs

This was our second stay at Hampton Inn. It definitely won't be our last. Very clean, efficient staff, friendly and awesome breakfast bar!

Location and friendliness of staff

I was concerned about several broken tiles on the floor. Never was a problem but should somehow be replaced. It would have been nice to have an individual light in the bathroom. One light lights up the whole room in the middle of the night

I like Hampton.

It would be nice if the toilets would be updated so they¿d be a little higher. One of our rooms was a handicapped room for my 99 year old father. I was very disappointed to find that the bathroom had a regular tub instead of a walk-in shower.

No shuttle or taxi service in town

Hotel was easy to find, check in was quick, and staff was very helpful and friendly.

I did not like the filthy stained bench seat in the room. made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. When upholstery on furniture is clearly stained and ruined, it should be removed and replaced. This isn't a Motel 6 we're talking about...

The front Desk Representative provided excellent service. She asked me if I was a Hilton Honor member and she provided me with complimentary water and indicated that their was fresh coffee to go.

I was not to happy with the lighting in the room. It was too dark which made it inconvenient to due my work.

Nice, quiet location that was easily accessible.The breakfast choices were outstanding. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable! Will definitely return here!

hotel and staff were great and very friendly while we were there for our stay made us feel right at home.

well in staying at two hampton inns over the weekend i thought both places should change their pillows they were both to flat.

The hotel was a good value. Manager'said reception was a nice bonus.

No laundry room and hotel laundry services were way overpriced. Closet only had six hangers which isn't near enough for two people for four days.

I thought it would have a micro wave and refrigerator all the other Hampton Inns I have stayed in did, so that was disappointing. With a 6 mo. old baby we really needed those items.

The hotel was very clean and location is accommodating in location.

Would like to have had complimentary bottled water in the rooms for drinking.
