Very clean staff very friendly and professional

Shower was too narrow for my disabled daughter to enter with her walker so she could not shower. When a bed has been used often it tends to sink, the bed I used sunk and even adding my foam pad I still sank. They need to replace mattress in room 624

Our first room, there was mold on the wall, empty soda bottle on the floor, a dirty toilet, and dirt on the ac. Our second room, there was a big bug and a bunch of ants in the bathroom. Our 3rd room we only received cleaning service 2x out of 5 nights.

This hotel stands out as the best in terms of air ventilation. The rooms and bathrooms are free of any unpleasant odors, with excellent ventilation and air conditioning (outdoor-like feel).Great Breakfast, decoration and location. Friendly staff.

However, the housekeeping service lacked coordination, as they only attended to my requests on the third day of my stay. Despite the delay, the service itself was good.

The location was great. The breakfast was well prepared and the attendant did a great job of keeping it fresh and clean.

We asked for extra towels and the floor to be cleaned on our second day. The floor was dirty when we came in. We asked early in the morning at the front desk and was gone all day. When we returned that evening nothing had been done.

I loved the location. It was less than 3 miles from the concert venue. Staff was friendly and willing to assist whenever needed.

Its new and gives immediate access to Hwy 59, Hwy 90, and Hwy 6 for the traveler. The Suites are Spacious and has a good layout

No hot water for three days and on the day I left the water still was not hot.

I got given key cards on check in and then go to the room and people were in the room sleeping. This happened twice. Also no hot water to shower and the hotel did nothing for me

Very clean. The lady at the reception was nice and kind.

Nicer than expected. Breakfast was good.

Only problem was having to wait until 4:30pm for a room to be cleaned.

Everything was great, everyone was super helpful and nice. We will be back for Sure.

Check in night staff gave us a room with someone already sleeping there. Asked for an room away from elevators and had already been confirmed by hotel before arrival. We never got it. When we went back to the reception for a room with none in it, we told about the confirmed request and staff said all was preassigned. When asked if she could guarantee our next room will have none already inside, she said she could not ensure it and if I had any complaints take it to the manager in the morning. This person was too busy in her phone since we arrived and took a long time to attend the desk, despite very well knowing we where there. There was no soap in the room. Next morning, I asked for the manager and I was told the manager was not in. You can reach me at 936 514 0606 for more details. I travel often and walking in an already occupied room by a stranger in the middle of the ight is not only very uncomfortable by DANGEROUS. The poor attitude for the staff only compounds the issue.
