The room was clean. The shower was great!

It was advertised as providing breakfast, but only had coffee.

The front desk person was friendly, the room was a king room very clean,the decor modern and beautiful. The 2 person shower with side sprayers & overhead rainfall style showerhead, fabulous! Highly recommend this motel.

Clean, it's simple room, fridge microwave, the shower was very good set up, good water pressure and the water got hot. it's good. clean, quite, safe place to stay, the price is economical, there's a Dollar store next door.

the mattress was the least liked , soft springs, felt kinda worn. the mattress could have used an upgrade, too soft for me in my opinion. Other than that no complaints

Not enough cover, it wasn’t all that clean this time. I stayed for two nights but housekeeping didn’t clean my room nor brought new towels

The room was dirty. I paid for king I know they put me in a queen room. The first room door had a huge dent n Gap because it's been busted open she said. I told her I had a bad day n she didn't mk it better me hvn to go up n Dien stairs to change rooms. 2nd room I was over it n tired. Walls dirty n dead bug above head board. Shower had rusk n mold. Horrible.

My ac was stuck on 62 and that bed has thin blankets so I had keep turn the air on and off. Microwave was dirty

Nothing!!

The whole stay was a mess!! Bed had blonde hairs all over it. Debris all over the place. Door safety lock not even working properly. In the morning i went to ask for a plunger and was on a personal video call the lady was being mean asking "why are you recording me?" Till i showed her i was on a call sge ignored my request od a plunger!! Also asked the at the desk, in person for an 5 hour extension after 11am to please do not service the room as i would be extending my stay!! well the room was serviced. I Left and when i came back the lady at the front desk was very rude when i asked if i could still extend my stay she very offensively said it was checked out already trying to force me to buy a full day again. Then threatened me to call the police because i very aggressively refused to do so!! All in all they dont deserve any business!!

Cleanliness and location.

TV was very old. We couldn’t connect our phone to it.

No proper facilities. Microwave not working properly. At time of booking it was written breakfast included but nothing in breakfast only juice available. Even their coffee machine also out of order. We didn't even get cup coffee. Very bad experience I never stay this place again.

I like the convenience of location.

I prepaid for 2 nights, a smoking room, and the guy up front lies to me at first and said I didn't reserve a smoking room. I already knew what I ordered, and booking.com can check the receipt. But then he switched it up and said, "oh I'm sorry we don't have anymore smoking rooms available. Him changing his story means he's full of manure. Not my fault he gave away smoking rooms to other people when someone already PREPAID for a smoking room. It's not a hard job to allocate people to their rightful rooms. If it's not available, don't advertise it.

The room is absolutely perfect size.

The shower didn't have hot water. And when I went to complain about it. The manager came up and let it run about 10 minutes before it got hot. He was aware that there is a problem getting hot water in some of the units. So we were there for 4 days without hot water to take a shower. Thank goodness we had family in the area. We went to there home to take a shower. We were here for my husband's dad funeral we definitely didn't need this on top of the loss.
