It was available
I was very grateful that rooms were available in Stephenville for the block of time when they were needed (the solar eclipse). Obviously, the location was very convenient for my family and me (all adults). The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Cons -

No ac toilet won't flush slept in my car
The sink didn't drain. There was a large hole in the ceiling and gap under the door and hard to lock the door. Stained walls and seating.
I remembered when the hotel first opened as a Ramada Inn decades ago. It has since changed brands (downgrades, IMO) and has undergone refurbishment a number of times, and now well past due for another round of updating. It's definitely showing its age.

Nothing

It was dirty. Moldy. Stinky. Roaches Â¿Â¿ everywhere even crawling on the toilet. Patches on the walls. Light switches and sockets were exposed and the bed was stained.
