Literally nothing

All of the Amenities were broke or out of order. Cards to enter the room worked intermittently. The “hot tub,” is bath tub in the room. Doesn’t work either. Lights flicker on and off randomly. Door to the outside doesn’t work at all. Staff was rude

The halls were needing a vacuum desperately. There was trash overflowing at the trashcan by the side entrance. Floors in the rooms were dirty The phone in the room did not work. The air conditioner in the room only blew warm air never getting cold.

Room was clean

Hallways were hot, no pool, no morning coffee and outside wasn’t well kept

The water presser in the shower was excellent

The cleanliness was horrible. There was a strong odor in my room and the floors were very sticky. Very old and musty smell throughout the entire hotel. Sting smoke smell in hallway

It?s location and it has an ice machine.

This hotel has a very bad smell. It smelled like old stale smoke. Lots of mold on the walls in our room down close to the floor. Our room door didn?t close well. Carpet in hall had trash on it. The Fridge in our room leaked water all on the floor.

My daughter and I were there for college orientation. It was close and easy to get to the college. We were near the back of the motel so it was quiet.

No one was at desk to check in. Bathroom needed work. Only 1 towel, washcloth. 2nd bed was very creaky every time you moved. Back door not secured. Check out again nobody at desk, just a bucket for room cards.

Everything.....there was no elevator, none of the snack and soda machines worked and both ice machines were out of commission. We were given a room on the second floor and those stairs were pretty narrow. No breakfast options.

Price and location

Ice machine not working for over a year. NO BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED! Room cleaned only every 3 days and clean towles on request only per mgmt.!

EVERYTHING! Pictures and advertising very misleading. The hotel is in shambles. Half remodeled half not. Dingy, moldy and unsecured lock wise.

Nothing. We did not Stay there. They were supposed to refund our money. I will be contacting customer service.

It wreaked of Marijuana. It was very very dirty once you turned the corner from the newly renovated lobby. The pools were filled in with dirt. The room had cock roaches crawling on the walls.

It was a smoking room

Do not stay here! The pool and spa have been filled in with dirt. There is NO breakfast served! No coffee pot in room. Only 1 washcloth and towel for 2 people. No HBO. Everything on their website is a lie!

The front desk man was very nice

It was nasty I have pictures of black mold in the bathroom and there was no cover on the light switch in the bathroom

Bathroom was falling apart.. Staind bed linen.. Burns on all the covers. Weed smoke in the halls.

The door looked like it had been kicked in. There was a big gap in it and the lock looked broken. Not sure it actually would have done any good. There was not "continental breakfast" just coffee. There was black mold on the bathroom walls.

Room had cobwebs in the ceiling. Lamp without light bulbs. One light flickering. Stains & cigarette burns in the comforters in a non smoking room. Had to change rooms.

Nothing good at this motel

Tv out of order, ice machine out of order, broken toilet seat, crumbs and candy wrappers left from previous guest

main light in one room was a strobe light and had to use just the bathroom light. one room had no toilet paper and ac would only work on low.
